Previous Value Field

Previous Value Field. A short tip, but one that could save you a lot of data entry time.

When you move to a new record and the value of the field that you have to complete is the same value as the previous record, by pressing the Ctrl key and the ‘ key, the value of the previous field will automatically be entered into the new field.

This tip has saved me an enormous amount of time in data entry over the years. Hope you find it of similar value.
