Outlook Removing Access Attachments

Question

I have created a mail merge to send an access file ‘abcd.mdb’ but when sending it, it would remove the attachment and before that it would ask me do you wish to send to this list, it may not be safe? any clarification on how I can solve this by using outlook to send.

This problem relates to Outlook security.  I am guessing you have Outlook 2003.  To change your security level, read the following:
