I am not sure about the terminology you use, but a Cover Page for me is a single page at the front of your report that includes the title of your report and any other relevant information.
You can create a Cover Page by using the Report Header. Let me step you through this:
- First of all, with the Report in Design view; add any text and/or graphics you require to the Report Header section of the report.
- The second step is to Force a New Page after the Report Header. To do this:
- Click on the Format tab;
- Place your cursor next to ‘Force New Page’ property. This will cause a drop down arrow to appear. Click on this arrow and select ‘After Section’ from the drop down list;
- When finished, close the Properties Window.
Now change to Normal view to view your new Cover Page. Adjust as required.
