Adding Two Query Results to the one Report

 

Question:

How do I create a report wherein I combine two queries into a report that shows one query on top and the other query on the bottom?

 

Answer:

 To do this, try the following:

 Open a report in Design view (i.e. do not base it on any table or query). On the toolbox, click on the subreport button, this will start the subreport wizard. Work through the wizard choosing your first query.

 When finished, repeat the procedure for your second query.

 This will add the two separate queries to your report.
